Princess Granted Visa--May 2014

Princess and her mom were granted their visas yesterday by the American Embassy in Port-au-Prince.
There is much suffering in Haiti now….seems more than usual to me. There is starvation, Chikunguya virus, the rainy season with puddles and mosquitos and more cholera, and increasing social unrest with manifestations against the government.
However, our Princess is ready for travel. This is her last chance to get her heart repaired. If she isn’t operated now elevated blood pressure in her lungs will make heart surgery for her irrelevant.
Please pray for Princess during her last few days here in the hell of Port-au-Prince before she heads north.

I just met John Carroll with Princess and her mother at the gate in Miami on my way to Columbus, Ohio. Princess is an absolutely adorable little baby. My friend and I were incredibly moved by what John was doing to help out this Desperate Mother and her child. Princess and her Mother will be in my prayers.
