They told me they would hit me with the machete if I didn’t leave with my three kids in June.

I was afraid so we left.

Jean-Wendy is my youngest and he was born with congenital glaucoma and cataracts. He is completely blind.  But that is the least of his problems now.

We are hungry here in Park Cadot Two. As are all of our hundreds of neighbors who have been driven out here to nowhere.

My stomach hurts so bad today. I couldn’t even dress Jean-Wendy properly…his only shirt is on backwards.

We are forgotten. We don’t exist. But our pain does.
