Another day is just about over.

And we still have no news/response from the American Consulate in Port au Prince regarding Mr. Valcin’s second application for a travel visa to have heart surgery.

I texted Mr. Valcin today and asked him how he was. Typical of a stoic Haitian, he answered that he is “fine.” But he added that his legs are still swollen and that he “lost consciousness” for a few minutes over the weekend.

In the United States, our President was released from the hospital today after receiving the BEST medical care in the world.

I wonder if Mr. Valcin will receive ANY medical care?

We will see.
