Mr. Valcin texted me this yesterday on WhatsApp–

Tres bien. Nap kontinie la priere pou BonDieu fe intervention n. Pou dossier a ka debloke nan ambassade la pou chirugie cardiaque ka fet.

This translates to–

Very good. We will continue to pray to God to intervene. For the application to be unblocked at the Embassy so heart surgery will happen. 

No news again today.

I feel like I have played a cruel joke on Mr. Valcin.
